We only have access to information that you voluntarily give us via email (contact form) or other direct contact from you (Telephone call) We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site although our web-site provider will hold that information until it is successfully sent to me. The web-site developer automatically deletes the information once that has been done.
By filling in the online contact form, you will be sharing your name and contact email, and information you wish to give in the boxes provided. In doing so you give consent to me using the email address/contact telephone number to contact you with regards to my services and talk about the issues disclosed. I do not share your information with any third-party companies but by requesting a response via email you are consenting to me using third party programmes (such as Outlook) to fulfil your request and acknowledge that this not a secure method of communication.
2. Security
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Sentient life Counselling & Psychotherapy operate a paperless office system and your contact details will be erased should you not begin work with me. Should you choose to work with me, I have a GDPR consent form that we will go through at the contracting stage.
